IFFL Spring Leagues (Fairfax County, Loudoun and Arlington Virginia):

The Reston/Fairfax Spring League was started in 1994 with 10 teams and has since expanded to include well over 50 teams per season playing.

Games are played Sunday mornings from early March to late June in Reston, Herndon, Fairfax, Chantilly, Alexandria and Centreville.

IFFL Fall League (Virginia):

The IFFL Fairfax Fall Flag Football League divides teams into 2 levels of play: Novice and Open. Open teams are then divided into A and B playoff brackets. The IFFL Fall League draws anywhere from 24-32 teams per season.

Games are played in Reston, Herndon, Centreville, Fairfax and Annandale on Sunday mornings from late August to early November.

IFFL Fall Leagues

Games are played from early September to early November on Sunday mornings at fields within each County.

 

IFFL Tournaments:

Along with providing Spring and Fall league play, the IFFL host several flag football tournaments per year: CLICK HERE.

The Bark Bowl is a benefit tournament for the local Humane Society and runs the first Sunday in August in Reston. This tournament now accomodates 16 teams and has a hybrid double elimination format.

The Stars and Stripes tournament (also a summer tournament) is an 8-team single elimination tournament which is usually hosted around the 4th of July weekend.
